Equine Management
Catherine owner/trainer began riding at the very young age of 6 in New York at the Thomas’ School of Horsemanship and Mrs. D's
She earned her Horse Management and Trainers license at Boise Technical School at the Knoll Farm in New York.
She interned at Belmont Race Track, Then in Vermont, spending several years working at Glenview Stables. She worked as a stable hand and Trail Manager. Then progressed to teaching, running horse camp and managing the stable, as well as, training, showing, barrel racing, jumping many of the 45 horses that were under her care. she rode every horse that could be ridden.
She furthered her equine training in Rhode Island at Ledgecrest Farms, under owner Frank Soares. Catherine continued training, showing, lessons, and ran a camp program.
In Florida at the Florida Agricultural Museum, she help all who needed equine assistance. After meeting Jeff, they bought a farm and the saga continued as Jeff also became absorbed by those 4 legged beasts. They took in, retrained and rehomed any horse that needed it and now still pursuing it in New Hampshire.
Catherine specializes in ground manners, discipline issues and problem horses. She calls it horse couch therapy. She works through theses issues to make a horse more respectful and have a happier life. She has worked with and re-homed many horses throughout her years.
